Bobcat's Jalapeño Poppers

These jalapeño poppers are the perfect party app, guaranteed to fly off your fancy serving platter. Adjust the heat level to your liking, but remember, nothing is sweeter than convincing your friend with zero spice tolerance that “no, they’re not that hot!”

Bobcat’s Jalapeño Poppers

Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 15–20 minutes
Total time: 30–35 minutes
Ingredients
1 pound bacon
15 jalapeño peppers
1 package (226 grams) of cream cheese
Directions
Heat oven to 425˚F.
In a pan, fry bacon until fully cooked but still soft (not well done or crispy).
While bacon is cooking, slice jalapeño peppers in half lengthwise. Remove seeds for desired heat. Fill halves with cream cheese.
When bacon is cooked, remove from pan and pat dry with paper towel. Cut bacon slices in half and lay along the top of cream cheese–filled peppers.
Place on a baking sheet lined with tinfoil.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
Voila!
